WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
The ChemScentsations accepts all major credit, debit cards & PayPal. Cash App & Card Reader are available for in person transactions.
WHAT'S THE SHELF LIFE?
Shelf life for most of the products are from 3-12 months from the moment they are made. Each product will come with an expiration date tag, so you’ll be able to see just how long the shelf life is for that specific product.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CERTIFIED ORGANIC?
Certified Organic ingredients are used in some of our product formulas. ChemScentsations was founded on a commitment of honesty, purity, & excellence. If an ingredient is listed as organic, it is Certified Organic by our suppliers.
ARE THE PRODUCTS BPA FREE?
All of ChemScentsations products use PET & BPA Free packaging.Read the following sections to find out more about how we ship or exchange products, or about how we secure your personal data. WHAT ARE THE “INSPIRED” PRODUCTS?
All of the ChemScentsations products you see that are “Inspired” by a designer’s fragrance are simply using the same ingredients to give you an odor similar to that fragrance. Just as with any other product, it’s still handmade with natural ingredients to provide the best scents possible.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
All sales on ChemScentsations.com are final. Due to COVID, ChemScentsations does not accept returns or exchanges, all sales are final. Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. If there is a problem with your order, please email contact@chemscentsations.com. Notification of an issue with your order must be sent within 72 hours of delivery. Prices on the web site are good only on items currently in stock. You will be notified if there are any issues with out of stock items.

ChemScentsations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You must file a claim with USPS directly. ChemScentsations.com is not responsible for delayed deliveries. ChemScentsations.com has no control over delivery times. Please make sure you order in time for your needs.
Orders marked as "Delivered" are not eligible for refund or replacement.
